I’ll mentor you in expanding your capacity to hold the Akashic frequency, not as something external, but as something you embody in your lived experience. All through a path that’s deeply reliable, trustworthy, and most importantly, your own.

3. EMBODY THE AKASHIC RECORDS

It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from. This program will give you the tools and support to become a Certified Embodied Akashic Records Practitioner.

Here, the Records shift from something you visit to something you embody as your lived experience. Your practice becomes a living source of clarity, alignment, and guidance in your daily life.

You anchor everything you’ve practiced by refining your method of accessing the Records and integrating that connection into how you live, work, and serve.

4. WEEKLY SMALL-GROUP AKASHIC + SOMATIC SESSIONS

This is a creative, experiential journey where you’ll actively practice what you're learning and develop your own embodied relationship with the Records.

Each week, you’ll meet in small groups for consistent support. You’ll also receive monthly guided meditations: one Akashic, one Somatic, to deepen your connection. 

This is where integration becomes lived, in your body, your relationships, and your field.

5. ESTABLISH YOUR PRACTICE

Receive your Beginning Level I Practitioner Certification and build the foundation of a practice that’s rooted in integrity and uniquely yours. With guidance and support from the Records, me, and our community, you’ll gain the clarity and confidence to walk this path in a way that feels aligned, embodied, and true.

By the end of the program, you’ll be able to offer readings for others and build a practice or business that reflects your soul’s deepest expression. Most importantly, you’ll become the person you were always meant to be, and live the life your soul came here to live.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • The body and sensation as an access point.

    Begin your journey by returning to the wisdom of your body, the living, sensing vessel that connects you to your deepest knowing. In this foundational module, you’ll learn to attune to sensation, presence, and somatic awareness as access points for the Akashic field.

    Through guided practices in orienting, settling, and tracking sensation, you’ll cultivate safety, embodiment, and intuitive trust. Your body becomes your ally, a conscious, intelligent process that bridges the physical and spiritual realms, allowing healing, clarity, and insight to unfold naturally.

  • Attune with soul/spirit and the akashic frequency.

    In this module, you’ll learn to recognize and trust your felt sense, the subtle, embodied awareness that bridges body and soul. Through Akashic practices, you’ll explore intuition as a grounded, trustworthy guide and open the channel of inner knowing, where the consciousness of body and soul harmonize.

    You’ll deepen your attunement to the Akashic frequency, learning to perceive energetic impressions, guiding forces, and subtle communications from the Field. This work helps you distinguish between mental chatter and true resonance, cultivating confidence in your embodied intuition.

  • Activation as an energy teacher and weaving in SE practices.

    In this module, you’ll explore activating the aliveness that moves through your nervous system when life force or survival energy is stimulated. Rather than viewing activation as something to suppress, you’ll learn to recognize it as an energy teacher, guiding you toward healing, regulation, and deeper embodiment.

    Through somatic principles drawn from Somatic Experiencing®, you’ll understand how the nervous system mediates insight and embodiment. You’ll explore survival strategies and patterns such as fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, and learn to work with them compassionately as intelligent adaptations rather than inhibitors.

    You’ll also practice renegotiation, the process of completing unfinished survival cycles in a safe, resourced way, restoring flow and resilience in your system. As activation becomes integrated, your body gains the capacity to receive, hold, and express Akashic insight with greater clarity and grounding.

  • Exploration of the edges between the physical and non-physical.

    In this module, you’ll learn to perceive beyond the physical and experience reality as interconnected, fluid, and alive. Through meditation and energetic attunement, you’ll explore the biofield (the body’s energetic field) and the Akashic field, discovering how they mirror and inform each other.

    You’ll be introduced to the two dimensions of the Akashic Records: the Soul Blueprint, your soul’s original design and purpose, and the Chronicles of You, the unfolding of that design through free will and lived experience. Together, they illuminate how destiny and choice co-create your path.

    This module also guides you through recognizing recurring soul themes and potentials, learning, growth, human, and expansive, revealing how they shape your evolution. You’ll engage with your desires, dreams, and visions as expressions of your expansive potential and as portals for living from the widest horizon of your soul’s wisdom.

  • Translations and Interpretations: Awareness of the channels available.

    In this integrative module, you’ll learn to translate the subtle, sensory language of the Akashic field through embodied understanding. Through the SIBAM framework: Sensation, Image, Behavior, Affect, Meaning you’ll explore how experience takes form through body-mind awareness.

    You’ll attune your sensitivity to the Clair Channels: knowing, feeling, seeing, hearing, and sensing, and learn to interpret messages from the Records with neutrality and reverence. Interpretation becomes an act of translation, bridging the formless wisdom of the field with the tangible language of human understanding.

    You’ll also explore the life stream of your nervous system, understanding how activation and regulation shape your ability to receive and transmit insight. By becoming aware of the trauma vortex and cultivating your counter vortex through resourcing and scaffolding practices, you’ll learn to stabilize the body’s energy flow, allowing messages to emerge with greater ease and clarity.

    SIBAM becomes your framework for embodied translation, teaching you how to bring the ineffable into form. As your capacity to sense and interpret expands, you’ll begin to experience the Records as a living dialogue between body, soul, and consciousness.

  • Your personal approach to tapping your embodied Akashics.

    In this module, you’ll craft your unique channel for connecting with the Akashic field, moving into a personal, sovereign pathway of communication. You’ll work with the foundational elements of the Personal Pathway Blueprint: Who, What, Where, and Why, to clarify the intention, direction, and relational field of your practice.

    You’ll discover how intention shapes experience, how specificity strengthens discernment, and how the clarity of your inquiry deepens the intimacy of the connection. This module guides you in establishing a channel that feels aligned with your spiritual orientation, nervous system capacity, and inner truth.

    You’ll learn the art of invocation: how to open communication with the unseen through reflection, calling, and receptivity. Practice becomes your anchor here. Through consistent engagement, clear questions, and grounded preparation, you’ll develop trust in your channel, strengthen discernment, and build confidence in the messages you receive.

    This module also supports you in navigating natural phases of the journey, including self-doubt, attunement, and the evolution of your inner dialogue. You’ll explore a 28-day rhythm of practice to help integrate new neural pathways, expand intuitive sensitivity, and refine your ability to read for yourself, others, and the living field around you.

    By the end of this module, your channel becomes a living relationship, an intentional, embodied point of connection with the Akashic field where clarity, reciprocity, and trust can unfold.

  • Refinement, integration, and grounding in the practice.

    In this final module, you’ll bring together everything you’ve learned and begin to weave it into a lived, embodied practice. You’ll explore your personal guidance system: self, others, and environment, and learn to recognize how insight, resonance, and truth communicate through your inner world and relational field. Through this lens, you’ll refine your boundaries, deepen discernment, and strengthen your relationship with your own body as your central channel of knowing.

    This module also supports you in understanding how connection expands through the Records, how focus shapes your reality, and how self-trust becomes the stabilizing force of an embodied Akashic life. You’ll explore how healing arises through integration rather than effort, and how synchronicity, meaning, and inner clarity begin to take root in both personal and professional arenas.

    Grounding becomes the bridge that allows the infinite to meet the human. You’ll learn to anchor insight into the body and daily life so your Embodied Akashic practice feels sustainable, coherent, and alive. By the end of this module, your practice becomes a living system woven through your choices, relationships, and presence, supporting you to move through the world with clarity, connection, and embodied resonance.

  • You don’t need any prior experience, training, or certification to join. The program is intentionally designed to meet you exactly where you are on your journey and guide you into deeper embodiment, clarity, and confidence in your own connection.

  • If you’re brand new or have only dabbled in the Akashic Records, you’re in the right place. This training guides you step-by-step through frameworks, practices, and direct experiences that help you establish your own authentic, embodied connection.

  • Most Akashic trainings teach you how to access the Records but this training helps you embody the Records.

    This is a somatic and relational approach to the Akashic field, meaning we don’t just focus on techniques we focus on embodiment. You’ll learn to hold the Akashic frequency through the body, making it a lived, felt experience that naturally integrates into your daily life, relationships, and work.

  • You’ll be fully supported at your own pace. While our group sessions create a powerful space for shared learning and connection, there’s no pressure to share more than what feels comfortable.

    You’ll also have access to ongoing mentorship and support with Helen through our private Mighty Networks community, so you can engage, reflect, and receive guidance in ways that feel nourishing for you. This isn’t just a course you take; it’s a continuous, supportive container that meets you where you are and invites transformation in your own timing.

  • Once you complete the 12-week program, you’ll receive your Beginning Level 1 Certification, which acknowledges both your personal and professional development within the Akashic field.

    You’ll have the foundation to:

    • Offer Akashic readings or mentorship to others, if you choose.

    • Integrate this work into your existing healing, coaching, creative, or entrepreneurial practice.

    • Continue deepening your embodiment through future advanced trainings.

    You’ll also remain part of the Akashic Community where you can stay connected, receive continued guidance, and witness others walking this path alongside you.

    This certification marks both a beginning and a deepening: a foundation you can continue to build upon in your own unique way.

  • That’s completely okay, and very common.

    This training isn’t just about professional development; it’s about personal transformation. You’ll learn to embody the Akashic frequency in your own life, which can naturally enhance your relationships, creative expression, leadership, and healing work.

    Some graduates choose to read for others; others integrate it quietly into how they live and move through the world.

  • You can expect to devote about 3-5 hours per week. This includes one live 90-minute group session, time spent engaging with the module content, and personal integration or reflection.

    The beauty of this work is that it begins to flow into your daily life, so the “practice” often happens naturally, as you live it.

  • Life happens and I understand that flexibility is essential.

    If you’re unable to attend a live session, there will be opportunities to join another cohort’s session. The program is intentionally designed to meet you where you are, so you can stay connected to the teachings and group rhythm, even if your schedule shifts.

  • Because this program is highly personalized, there are several investment options available. We’ll explore what feels most aligned for you during a free discovery call.

    This call is an opportunity for us to connect, get a sense of where you are on your journey, and explore whether this experience feels aligned for both of us.
